Rez the Easy RLV Area Sitter next to your item and select the object from the blue dialog menu.
Position to Easy RLV Area Sitter so you can easily click it.
Make your Easy RLV Area Sitter invisible (set 100% transparency).
And done. Simply click anywhere next to your item to sit a avatar in range.
