Master Changer PRO – Manual

The ultimate prim changer script for your objects. More then 20 functions. The Master Changer PRO is a all-in-on script that lets you change the texture, color, size, etc of your object. It can change one prim, all prims or prims based on there name. By using the name function you can link multiple prims together and change all prims that have a specific name. This means that you only need one Master Changer PRO script in your object regardless of how many prims. It even comes with a customizable merge script that lets you remove scripts. So if you for example have a fence (containing the Master Changer PRO) and people link multiple fences together it can remove all the unnecessary scripts (since only 1 Master Change PRO would be needed to change all linked fences). The Master Changer PRO works with link messages (on a customizable link number).

Land Impact tools – Permissions

SL gadgets that show the Land impact / prims of avatars require special permissions in order to work.Without these permissions the script (inside the gadget) is not able to read the lands prim information. This has been implemented by LL for privacy reasons. Group owned land If the land/parcel is owned by a group the owner of the gadget needs to be a member or that group and needs to have the following permissions in the group: return group owned objects return group set objects return non-group objects Also note that with group owned land the gadget will only work when the avatar is online. This means that as soon as you log off the gadget will no longer be able to get the land impact / prim information. To solve this and to make the gadget work without any of the permissions above you can deed the gadget to

Editing the Magic Portal

The Magic Portals work with a collision prim that detects when the avatar walks in to the portal. For realism this collision prim is located inside the portal so that when people walk against the sides or other parts of the portal they don’t get teleporter. With some portals such as the 4D Portal Door the collision prim is located behind the door, so that you see your avatar walking through the door before they get teleported. This may be a problem when you put the door on a wall as the collision prim might result in the wall. As all the Magic Portals are mod you can easily fix this if required. Just edit the portal, select “Edit linked” and find the prim with the “FW COL” script in it. Reposition this prim to where you want and done.
