Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO – Manual

The first thing you need to do is set the BobsCreations experience on your land (where you want the Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO to work). The Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO will only work on land with the experience and items will only remain attached when people remain on land with the experience set. When someone moves to a other parcel that doesn’t not have the experience set the items will be dettached. Ones you unbox the product you will have a “Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO” prim containing 2 scripts and note notecard and a “_Object Attach” script. The “_Object Attach” script needs to be set to no-copy. Do this in your inventory. The “Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO” prim is fine as it is. You can however drag the scripts and notecards to your inventory and add them to a other prim. The

Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO

Let your customers try out demos without giving them any inventory to unpack and go through. The Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO lets your customers directly wear your demos without having to unpack something and there inventory remains clean. The Easy Click and Wear Demo PRO automatically detects the body of the user and matches it with the clothing items in its inventory. When you have a item loaded that matches the users (customers) body all they need to do is click on “Attach demo”. Optionally they can change the body by clicking on “Body select”. The body select menu will also be given if the Automatic body detector is turned off or if there is no mesh body found. It is capable of attaching multiple items (ex: complete outfits) including HUD’s. Or if you just want to for example attach HUD’s and not clothes you can even disable

One more annoyance solved

When i teleport to my backup store ones in a while i always end up on the fixed landing point. And then i have to teleport again to go to my building platform. Sure this is like only 1 more click but its still a some what annoyance. Well that problem is solved now. The Other Fixed Landing Point automatically moves my avatar to my building platform as soon as a land. So fast so that i don’t even see myself landing on my fixed landing point (as it moves my avatar before the loading screen is gone). If your also annoyed about landing on your fixed landing point have a look in my main store or on MP for the Other Fixed Landing Point.

The secret of good pictures

Making good pictures in SL can be hard. Even more so when you don’t know anything about windlight settings and how to use them. Apart from your graphic settings your light settings are one of the most important thing for good looking photos. And simply setting your viewer to midday, sunset, etc doesn’t cut it. With environments things become a lot easier do. So easy that with my latest HUD (The Easy Environment HUD) all it takes is one single click, as i have already added those environments that greatly enhance your pictures. The following pictures is taken on midday (standard midday from the viewer). The next pictures are taken with with a custom environment (included in my HUD). You should see the drastic difference (i have not changed any graphic settings what so ever).

The Lag Monitor for Clubs & Venues that makes sense

We have all seen this boards that tell you who is the most laggy avatar on the sim. Many of them unfortunately show you the wrong data and don’t show you the most laggy avatar on the sim but instead the most scripted one. But as a club owner, or someone that knows about venues in SL one must ask “whats the point of a lag monitor?”. I mean, most Club owners are happy with the people they get and the last thing they are going to do is complain or eject there visitors. And lets not even talk about stores. Only a crazy store owner would start ejecting its customers. So yes there are these boards, but most of the time we can say they are nothing more then fancy decoration. Because who actually goes somewhere, sees one of this boards and thinks “hmmm i am so going to

Avatar Lag Scanner

Reduce crashes and fix teleport problems by removing laggy attachments. The Avatar lag Scanner gives you a list of your 10 most laggy attachments. In addition to fixing teleport problems and reducing crashes you are making SL a more pleasurable experience for others since when you have a high stream or script cost you are also causing lag to others. Important note: Having a low lag avatar doesn’t mean you have a bad looking avatar. As you can see, i have a full mesh body, head, clothes, hair, etc and i am bellow 100.0000 Stream cost. Stream MODE To start scanning click the STEAM MODE button. This will give you a list of your most laggy attachments and the total amount of stream cost your avatar takes. First of all (after clicking Stream MODE) have a look at your total. If you have a number bellow 100.0000 everything is fine and

Lag Scanner PRO – HUD

The Lag Scanner PRO – HUD is the first HUD that actually gives you relevant information about lag and lets you reduce lag at your location. It does however require you to understand a few things to be able to use the HUD effectively as it is not just a gadget that simply shows you some numbers and colors. The Lag Scanner PRO – HUD uses proper checking techniques that provide you with relevant data. Just knowing how much script memory a object uses is not all that relevant as one simple mesh building can easily generate 1000x more lag then one single script. So if one would only check for script memory, and would reduce this, one would have little to no noticeable results. Hench why we scan for “relevant data” and not irrelevant data such as script memory. One super important thing you need to understand is that

Re-boxing done

Re-boxing, re-boxing and more re-boxing. For who ever had or has a store in SL and has moved ones knows what i mean with that. Yes getting a new and bigger store is great, having to change all landmarks both in-world as on MP is not such a great thing that needs to be done. To prevent from having to do this ever again all my boxed items no longer include a landmark to my store. Instead they all contain a handy little “Info HUD” that has the option to give you the landmark. Now time to get back to scripting and releasing more poducts.
